Delivery Policy

Shipping Areas

• We currently ship only within India. Deliveries are made to all pin codes serviced by our logistics partners, Delhivery and Ecom Express.
• Orders to pin codes not supported by our logistics partners cannot be processed.

Shipping Time

• To ensure our products' highest quality and freshness, we process and ship orders within 24 hours of handling time (typically 1 day).
• Delivery timelines depend on the destination pin code and the logistics partner. Please note that weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.
• For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will apply.

Order Tracking

• Customers will receive email updates regarding their order status.
• For real-time tracking, please use the AWB number provided in the shipment email on the courier partner’s website.

Courier Partners

• We primarily ship through Delhivery, with Ecom Express servicing select pin codes.

Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Products

• Products cannot be returned once the courier has been received and opened by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange it with a new pack.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact us at care@balanceayurveda.in or at 9811001285 with details of the issue and supporting images of the product.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within a 24-hour window of placement without any charges.
• If a cancellation request is made after this period, a ₹49 shipping charge will be applicable.
