2.1 Product Availability & Quantity Restrictions
A. All products marketed by Balance Ayurveda Private Limited and listed on this website are manufactured by Ayurprakash Herbal Private Limited, situated at 97, First Floor, New Anaj Mandi, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana 121004. License Number: ISM 601(HR.). Manufacturing details are also and always mentioned on the product packaging. For more information, contact us.
B. Hence, all products are of Indian origin.
C. Certain products have pre-set purchase quantities based on recommended dosages:
C.A. Some products are available in 1-bottle, 2-bottle, and 3-bottle packs as per expert recommendations.
C.B. Other products can be purchased in quantities ranging from 1 to 100 or more, subject to availability.
C.C. Balance Ayurveda reserves the right to limit or cancel orders if bulk purchases appear to be for resale without prior authorization.
2.2 Pricing & Payment
A. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
B. We use Razorpay API for secure transactions, accepting:B.A. Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking.B.B. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.
2.3 Pricing Errors & Corrections
In the event of a pricing error, we will review the case and if the discrepancy is due to our error, we will:
A. Contact the customer through their preferred communication method to settle the amount.B. Issue a refund or request an additional payment if required.
2.4 Order Cancellation
A. Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.B. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days, depending on location.3.2 Once the product is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS.3.3 If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify the customer with updated information.
4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
